About Sullivan Management

Since it was founded in January of 2009, Sullivan Management has built its reputation by providing outstanding service to its clients. Sullivan Management’s core principal is just that: to provide outstanding management services to property owners in the Greater Portland Area.

The Sullivan Mangement Team:

Daniel Bell is the principal owner and managing partner of Sullivan Management. He has worked extensively in the field of property management for the past 10 years. Formerly an employee at Mattson Development, Dan was the property manager for a 70 unit portfolio in Portland, Maine. In addition, Dan was an acting project manager for the development company focusing on condo and multi-unit redevelopment. Before joining the development company in 2007, Dan worked as an operations supervisor for C.B. Mattson located in Farmingdale, Maine. C.B. Mattson owns and manages 780 family and senior residential housing units throughout the state of Maine in accordance with federal guidelines under USDA Rural Housing Services.

Dan grew up in Farmingdale, Maine. After graduating High School, he attended the University of Maine at Orono where he obtained a bachelors degree in business management and marketing. In his junior year of college, Dan was selected from a pool of thousands to work as an intern for Walt Disney World and participating college program where he studied organization leadership and human resource management. Dan received excellent review upon completion of the program.
